Songa is the 1st single off Astar’s sophomore album titled, “Letting It Go!”. Astar teamed up with friend/ producer David “BlackMan” Muthami on the audio. BlackMan is responsible for the production of Astar debut album “The Light”. A vocal addition on the chorus was Gospel Fatherz/ Zaidi Ya Muziki killer voice singer, Kerah. Finally it was back to the roots, Astar teamed up with Prince from GNPI-Africa on the video production. Astar and Prince worked together on the 2 time KORA nominated video “In The Name Of Jesus”.

Release Date - 14th of December 2009.
